Designer sneakers at a below-retail price
Sneakers make up the biggest part of the Amelira catalogue. Each pair is made to the same specification as the boutique version, with the same leather, suede and mesh panels, the same stitched or cupsole construction and the same hand finishing, sold below retail. Expect clean leather low-tops, chunky multi-panel runners, platform sneakers, canvas high-tops and slip-on knit styles.
Construction to look for
A cupsole sneaker, where the sole wraps up around the upper, holds its shape longest and suits everyday wear. A vulcanised sole is thinner and flatter and gives a sharper profile for tailoring. Runners with a layered foam midsole are the most cushioned if you are on your feet all day.
Men's and women's sizing
Sneakers are listed in EU sizing with a men's and women's conversion on every product page. Most styles run true; chunky and platform models have the widest toe box, while slim leather low-tops run a touch narrow. If you are between sizes, go up.
